Greetings, I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and it would be a pleasure to partner with you on your journey to wellness and wholeness.

There is nothing quite like a safe space to just be and heal. I would love to provide that for you as we unpack challenges such as stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship matters, parenthood, trauma, and life and career transitions, among others.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Health/Mental Health from Clark Atlanta University, I focus on offering therapeutic support to women and teen girls using a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and strengths-based approach, while employing therapeutic modalities such as Client-Centered, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. As a first-generation Nigerian-American, I am especially passionate about holding space for people of color and for those who identify as immigrants, children of immigrants and undocumented citizens to work through the often complex acculturative experiences and unique stresses they may face.

In my personal time, I enjoy being with my family, moonlighting as a bridal/evening wear designer, reading, travelling, and discovering new ways to practice self-care.

I am eager to simply meet you where you are on your journey and work together to realize the best version of YOU. I hope you will take the next step and connect with me!
