Hey! I would like to commend you on taking the first steps to a better and healthier you. Life can throw curve balls, devastations, and traumas your way, and my goal is to support you as you navigate those hard times, in order to enjoy more good times!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I empathize, educate, encourage and empower individuals, couples, and families to discover the root of their issues, to ensure healing takes place.  My Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, with my Masters from Capella University, along with excellent clinical supervision, has prepared me to support clients with varying issues. Client’s such as yourself may be dealing with marriage/relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, life’s transitional periods, and more.  I support clients through a trauma-informed and cultural awareness lens and implement therapy approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.

Creating a non-judgmental environment where you feel safe, heard, understood, and supported is my main goal during our therapy sessions. My heart’s desire is to see you healed, helped, healthy, and progressing towards your goals!

When I am not helping my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, family, and friends, watching movies, playing tennis, winning at game night, and being a huge sports fan.  I also enjoy learning about different cultures and learning different languages.

You have already taken the hardest step to better yourself. Allow me to come alongside you and journey with you while you meet and exceed your goals!
